| 1 cup | Hol Grain Chicken Coating Mix |
| 1/2 cup | Hol Grain Brown Rice Bread Crumbs |
| 2 lbs | Catfish fillets, cut into 1-inch strips |
| 1/4 cup | prepared mustard |
| Oil for Deep Frying | |
Combine Chicken Coating Mix and Brown Rice Bread Crumbs in a mixing bowl. Place fish and mustard in another bowl and mix with hands until fish is evenly coated.
Pour 2 to 3 inches of oil in a deep fryer or large heavy pot and heat to 375 degrees F. Add fish, a few pieces at a time, to coating mix and bread crumb mixture and coat thoroughly. Fry in hot oil until fish is golden brown and done in the middle, about 3 to 4 minutes. Drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
